ConAPA, Inc. is a California Corporation whose purpose is to aid the small business community by offering various services, including corporate formation and management, safety training, employee pre-screening services, Health, Disability, Life and Dental benefit packages, vision care programs and liability insurance, among a list of other benefits.

To facilitate the restructuring of participant companies, ConAPA has developed relationships with numerous attorneys throughout California who share the vision of an improved environment for small business owners. ConAPA participants obtain the assistance they need to restructure their companies as necessary to extend an ownership interest to “key” employees. Employee ownership is an integral component of the ConAPA, Inc. program.

ConAPA has joined forces with some of the largest insurance carriers in the country in designing the ConAPA program, helping to provide business owners with the tools they need to offer the best officers’ benefit package available, at prices that actually save them money. The principle behind the ConAPA, Inc. program relies on the State Labor Code, which allows for Officers and Directors who are also Shareholders in closely held California Corporations to be excluded from the requirement for coverage by Workers’ Compensation insurance. The ConAPA program provides protection for these “excluded” individuals with guaranteed issue 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Health, Disability and Life coverage, ensuring that every “key” employee qualifies regardless of any pre-existing conditions.
